Phil is back in his home town Chester, adjudicating the annual piano festival, featuring students from across the Hi Line.

Everyone is welcome to attend, please note that if you enter a session, you are asked to stay for the entire one hour session. Out of respect for the student’s hard work, no ins and outs will be allowed.
