Showcasing his incredible ability to play in multiple genres, Versatile! features pieces performed with the bluegrass supergroup NewGrange, Elvin Bishop “Fooled Around and Fell in Love”, Peter Gabriel “Solsbury Hill”, Chicago blues, and very funky improv (Dr. Funk).  Philip’s version of “O, Shenandoah” and his original “Cabin Waltz” are among the varied and diverse pieces in this recording.
